The Lucky Bunch Social Program is a way for us to reach out to the community and create meaningful experiences for people with disabilities to learn and socialize with their peers. Our managers and supervisors are passionate about creating safe and fun containers for people with disabilities to be themselves and to build relationships with others! The Lucky Bunch needs more interest for us to run it.

What if I get waitlisted?
If you get waitlisted, please be patient. We are working on the other end to find another volunteer or manager to attend the event so we can open up more spots.
What is the difference between the community class and the social event?
The community class will often be held at either the Marmalade Branch Library or the Park City Library and will be more of a class than a social outing. The social events will often involve going to different locations in the community for the purpose of fun and socializing.
Do I have to have a membership to sign up for a class or event?
No, it just makes it easier for you to sign up. You have the option of paying per event or class you attend, you just need to make sure that you have filled out the waiver and the rules & expectations attached to the booking form or else admin may remove you for liability purposes. These are next to the checkboxes you're required to click when you check out.
Do I have to fill out the waiver and rules & expectations form every time I book?
No, only once for the program.
What is the age limit for this program?
Please read the participation criteria in this document. If you find the person who would like to participate can meet this criteria, then you're good! It is hard to set an age limit with so many differing abilities.
Can you pay for this in-person at the store?
For tracking purposes, we are keeping all of the payment for this program online. At the store, we will direct you to the booking link to input payment information and to save your spot for whichever class or event you're interested in.
What is an RSVP Fee?
Some events that we plan require an entry fee that we will be paying for you, therefore, we need you to send us money upfront when you book the event to save your spot, even if you may already have a membership.
I have the Lucky Clover or Lucky Star Membership, how do I book my spots ahead of time?
If you have one of these memberships, you will receive an early-bird calendar through e-mail where you can sign up for classes and events before we release them to the public. From this, admin will go in and add you manually before the classes and events are posted to ensure your spot is saved.
How do I access my account?
If you hover over 'The Lucky Bunch' menu option at the top of this page, you will see all of your member area options including your account details, your bookings, your memberships, etc.
I recently purchased a membership and cancelled it, and now it won't let me order a new one. What do I do?
If this is happening to you, please contact Bri at manager.luckyonescoffee@gmail.com and she will go in and delete your member profile so you can create a new one and order a membership.
